Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received and inspected. -

For faster delivery, an expedited shipping option (UPS 2nd Day Air) is available at checkout. -
Each balloon pack includes three sizes of balloons: 5″, 12″, and 18″.
